Yes, that's exactly correct. The purpose of the test is to test whether you have an understanding of the material, not if you've simply memorized it and can regurgitate it. In fact, I'm sure the reason he put the 'trick questions' on the test was in order to see who understood the material and was paying attention and who was simply memorizing facts without taking the time and effort to actually understand them.

I don't personally see it as all that different from canon!Portsman anyway, more that I took the character he had and simply fleshed it out to it's full potential~ ...That probably makes me sound really arrogant, doesn't it?

No, not really. It's true.

Incidentally, all of the sprites he has in Bloodlines are actually moved slightly to the right to better fit the prosecutor's bench, Meph did that for me. If you want I can send those your way, too~

I knew the wrestling theme references because I've watched it since I was a kid... in the pre-Wrestlemania era. I'm old enough for anything. Well, maybe not Social Security, or retirement, or even a mid-life crisis (yet). But yeah. :)

Heh, cool. I'll send you the link to Undecided, then? (See, I couldn't post it publically, can only be distributed via PMs, to those 16 or older. Relatively certain it's the only trial like that. :P )

I downloaded that song after playing Bloodlines, actually.

Except it's now forever an Ace Attorney song in my mind.

I'm not sure if i'm in the right section, but i'm kinda stuck in a certain part of the trial.
Anyone played this yet?

I can't seem to proceed because i have no clue which part of the car i have to point out that shows signs that it have been sabotaged - you know the part of car crash. This does sound silly despite i figure this is the evidence i should present. I think it's between the second page and third page - for some reason the third page that shows the interior of the car is quite glitchy - it first shows a small snap shot of it but sometimes when i clicked on something, it shows the wider version of the interior.
I really want to find what carry on and find out what happens next but can't get past this because i can't seem to find the actual part. :random:

Hi, thanks for merging my post here. This is really helpful if anyone could help me on the last reply.

Well that's an odd glitch, never heard of that one before...

If it's a glitch hindering you, you might be better suited to just getting an avancement link, but first, let me verify where you are, here - is this the first, fourth or fifth present of the testimony that you're talking about? How many pieces have you successfully presented up until this point?

Yeah it was quite an odd glitch but i chose to not fiddle with that. Right now I'm okay with that part. Thanks

Oh hai there bump.

Anyway, I think we all know what REALLY happened in Bloodlines.

Luke Atmey sniped himself from 30 feet away. CLEARLY.

Okay, let's weigh the pros and cons.

Spoiler : :
Pros:

The manner of death was loud, dramatic, and attention-getting ... just like Luke Atmey. It's the way he probably would have WANTED to go out.

Cons: How COULD he have done this? If he used a timer or some remote-control device, everyone would have noticed that sniper rifle sitting there on the gallery.

Do you have an explanation for this? If not ... PENALTY!

Don't worry. I know that theory isn't serious.

Or maybe...

...maybe it was all part of an elaborate ruse involving time travel and cloning?

If you can't see how he did it, you're obviously nowhere near the league of the great Ace Detective.
