An introduction to this case! Here it is, finally released. A remade, single case Rapidfire based on the unmade final case of the original series. On April 24, 2011 I joined this site and released what was to be known as the worst ripoff to ever grace AAO history. Now, 1 year later, it has been reborn from scratch! Like an ugly chicken that revives itself as a beautiful phoenix~! To commemorate my arrival to AAO, I present my reborn brainchild!...With the help of Blackrune, obviously.
The case! One year after the events of Apollo Justice a new story begins. An explosion causing the death of many people sets a plot in motion. Apollo must take on a new task to finally bury the loose ends of the past, and to finally take a glimpse at what true evil is.

Chapter 1~Prelude to Darkness Chapter 2~An Unexpected Enemy
What can I say? When Enigma developed his first case (Rapidfire), I wasn't particularly impressed, as I thought the execution of elements weren't, um... good, and that the crime itself -- from what I remember -- didn't really stand out. I remember it was awfully complicated with three individual parts that had no real link to each other. Then came PE:CA, and while it was definitely a step-up, there was still a lot of potential up his sleeve left, just waiting to shine. There was much to improve, especially in regards to writing, plus making sure choices of elements blend together. Then came Project X...
...Wow, simply stunning. Despite having to exchange something like two dozen PM's in order to make the investigation both workable and completable, I really, really enjoyed what was produced. Project X has a fantastic plot premise with a wide cast of unique and wacky characters. Character voices are pretty much spot-on, especially the relationship between Apollo and Trucy, which is very much reminiscent of a brother/sister one -- although as of Project X, they don't know of their true relation, if I remember right.
The trial is amazing. There's no other way to put it than having you play it once it's out... The prosecutor is fantastic, and the 'decisive witness' is quite an enjoyable troll... You're not left with the feeling that the troll aspect was overused but rather, it's blended in with everything quite well. The trial's progression is also an interesting thing to comment on -- Enigma has really managed to use the crime he's created to its fullest extent... We see this reflected in testimony and evidence, and it's leaving me dying to know what happens next.
You'll enjoy this trial, no doubt about it!

This April I will be releasing something to celebrate my 1 year AAOiversary. All I can tell you about Project X is that it's something wonderfully big and I'll be working with Blackrune for it.
