Fire and Ice! (But Mainly Fire!)

Welcome, ladies, gentlemen and assorted people of additional categories. You wanted a case competition?  TheWhiteWolfos and I are now announcing our competition: Fire and Ice! If you don't know us, it's because we only have one trial, A Pre-Emptive Turnabout, which won BBblader and Koopakirby's Canon? Screw Canon! comp. How? We're just that good. Task:The task is simple: create a trial, humorous, serious, whatever, that has to do with either fire (heat, lava, explosions, so forth) or ice (snow, cold, blizzards, likewise) in some way shape or form. It can be the cause of death. It can be the setting. It can be anything that sounds like it might be physically possible-ish in the low realism world of Ace Attorney. You only need one, but if you can fit in both fire and ice, bonus points to you! Conditions:- The entry must have been created between 2011-10-08 and 2011-12-18.
- The entry may not be showcased until 2011-12-19.
- Spoilers for all AA games (save GK2) are allowed. GK2 music is permitted, but no sprites, please.
- Intense heat or cold must play a role of reasonable importance to your case.
If you aren't sure, PM me or theWhiteWolfos. Judging will take into account story, originality, characterization, theme relevance and presentation. Feel free to make it an AU or comedy trial (though you may want to give us a heads up for that). Deadline:Please PM me with the link to your trial by DECEMBER 17, 2011. That is TEN WEEKS, which should be a good amount of time to get something done, if we don't have a bunch of slackers like the last comp.
