You know, about that, I think you made it a BIT too obvious who did it...
But you deleted it before anyone noticed hopefully

I'll get to finishing this today, Blader. I've got a lot to do today, (Strangely enough) but I'll find the time.
Well, so much for that...
(is a hypocrite, come to think of it, because I was supposed to play TOG today... )

HEY! I told you I had a lot to do today! BUT I JUST FINISHED IT, AS I SAID I WOULD!
Now! PRESENTING... THIS STUFF:
Spoiler : Commentary :
-Argh! It's late. I completely forgot to start writing down my comments. Err... currently at the crime scene. Examined the gas canisters already.
-The simple fact that presenting the Attorney's Badge garners a response gives this trial about 50 extra points.
-50 extra points than what, you ask? I have no idea. I wasn't aware that I even had a points system. But 50 points is probably a lot. So yeah.
-Examined the Flue... oh man that's a boring comment. It's only 3 AM. Need write more. And stuff. Perhaps investigations are just harder to comment on?
-"Who are you, and who said you could come in here?" Isn't that something you should have asked before you let him in? Seriously, I don't think anyone in the AA universe locks their doors. XD
-Saw her? Interesting. Haha, her name should be Ashley Sawyer. D-Do you get it? Sawyer? Saw her? It's similar to Sahwit--agh, forget it.
-Eh, she seems less suspicious than Wocky did.
-Well, if the prosecutor actually DID anything at all, that automatically means it's not Payne, though one could have figured that already. My bet's on Von Karma.
-AHA! 'Her'. I is right.
-Watch it be Jessica Poole... actually, that would be pretty epic.
-It's Leek Spin!
-Sal Outte? That's... very strange. At the moment, I'm watching a comedy sketch that is discussing what different ethnicities are referred to when they're considered a sellout.
-I wanted to make an offhanded comment about how it was strange that Apollo pictured Trucy putting things in her panties... but the moment has passed.
-...soooooo I guess Apollo didn't noticed the 'fellow attorney' thing.
-Oh. Um. Nevermind.
-Hehe... Johnny Peck.
-Turner Grey's Anatomy. XD Oh my goodness. I shouldn't have laughed at that.
-OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH Amber 'Burns' Ashley 'Burns'... I JUST NOW GOT IT.
-What a perfect way to ruin the moment!
-I don't see the resemblance.
-So Sal Outte's a witness, right? Don't think that big of a deal would be made about him otherwise.
-M'boy... never a good sign.
-Ah, there's the convenient dropping of important evidence!
-Fire-related pun? More like fire-related... ar-sun.
-Wait, he's a witness to the car bombing? Huh. I assumed the murder had taken place a long time ago... Whelp, you know what they say: When you assume, you make an ass out of you and me!
-Ah, Stickler. It's like you never left us.
-...eh? Didn't Peck say it was a month ago? Now it's a year ago?
-Blue Lampshades to the Fifth Power.
-Attempted murder of Phoenix Wright? Is that an allusion to something?
-IT'S THE PLOT DEVICE
-I don't know why, but the fact that he specifically said Brooklyn makes me smile.
-Bushes are quite intelligent this time of year! I'm trying to grow Akinators. Yes, genies come from bushes. Duh.
-I'd think it would be because Payne was the prosecutor, actually.
-She's lying about what she knows about Cueball? Interesting.
-OH GEE I WONDER WHAT COULD HELP ME FIND SUCH A THING... Obviously the Details on the Flue!
-Epic slow motion Mr. Hat.
-WHAAAAAAAT?!
-Oh, it's a TV--yeah.
-...the trial theme?
-Guessing this 'mistress' was the one having the affair with Mr. Burns.
-Ah. It was being recorded. Wonder if that's going to come up in the trial and make the evidence illegal...
-Or perhaps it was just for that scene. Hm. So whoever did it, they're definitely tied with the Rivales...
-So before I continue on, I'd like to put a few of my thoughts here. I think Vex Vulper killed Mr. Burns and Gilligan burned Ashley's house down.
-Ok, seriously. I think that Amber was the one that killed Mr. Burns. I have two things going for this: 1. It would explain the 'other crime' she commited, and 2. It's so unexpected and awesome that I just WANT to see it happen. Who burned the house down? I'm thinking it was Ashley herself. One way or another, she figured out that Amber was the one behind her husband's murder. She wanted to get her for it. Honestly, I think that would be brilliant. It's totally the way I would do it. It's not very likely, though, simply because my predictions are NEVER right...
-TRIAL TIME
-Easy, now. You know how diaries as evidence turn out, Apollo...
-Agh. Looks like my theory's wrong. I assume Amber's reaction means that THAT was the crime she commited...
-Theeeeeeeeere's Franzy~
-Phoenix? Prosecution's aide...? Hm.
-Easy enough to spot.
-Pressed everything,,, see if I'm right.
-Thought I was wrong at first, because da moosek didn't stop. Apparently not.
-..what a jerk. D:
-I knew Stickler would come back eventually.
-I'm guessing Stickler's about to pull a Moe...
-...yep. XD
-Best testimony ever.
-WOW AND DAMN
-It's... over? Woah. Very incomplete indeed.
Spoiler : Overall :
Well, for what's playable, anyway.
Koopa, Blader... I REALLY enjoyed it. The story was incredibly interesting. The writing was good. The characters were good. (I just love Cueball!) There were a ton of errors that gives it that new trial smell, but is to be expected. (...why am I getting deja vu?) It's a little hard to comment on much else, as it's not finished and the trial hasn't even really started. Either way, I definitely enjoyed it. I can't wait for this to be finished. Good luck with the competition, guys!
And to answer the question, um... my theory is within the commentary.
Also, I'm definitely giving MLP a shot when I return home.
- Wait, so one of your OCs uses Alita's sprites, had one of her parents killed by the other, and the method of killing had to do with sabotaging their car? ...RIDICULOUS.
- I like how the Crime Scene doesn't look even slightly different than the usual garage...
- I'm not sure if there's actually an 'arson department', persay...
- Silly Polly, like anyone would hire an old hag as a security guard...
- Just skip right over to the next place, huh? I dunno if that's necessary...
- "Get out of here! He she has disgraced me, Ashley Burns!" I know they're very fond of each other, but calling her a 'he she' just seems mean... And the way she says her own name at the end perplexes me... is she talking to herself...?
- Turner Grey's Anatomy?! ...How is it that this is the first time I've heard this reference?! That works perfectly!
- Ash Burns... namepun's kind of a dark joke, isn't it? Not that I'd know about that kind of thing...
- Apollo thinks Peck and Valant resemble each other...? ...Hm, nah, I don't see it.
- Digging the Pokemon Colosseum music... works out well.
- But why is he called Cueball when he isn't bald...?
- Damn, went right from Big Pumpz to the Records Room. I'm guessing Trucy just teleported us there with her magic~
- ...Being rather specific with where you have to examine to find BL-5, aren't we? I mean, there's not exactly any hints there...
- Peck's not so good because he didn't find the real killler...? Uh, Polly, I don't know if you're aware of this, but that's not a defense attorney's job...
- That mysterious object... is it... is it... A PLOT DEVICE?!
- Love poems by air-headed maids? How oddly specific, wonder what that's referring to...
- And now we teleport back to Big Pumpz~
- Not a lot of conversations... I guess having more than are necessary is kind of a time-waster...
- Is it just me or is nobody in this case quite sure of how they want to act?
- Really should be using an external sprite for when Mr. Hat comes out, the one in the editor is UNGODLY SLOW.
- By the way, you'd think his business card would've had his address on it, I think most do...
- Mistress Mynd... I geddit~!
- "Threatening Memo from the Rivales Gang to Johnny Peck that forces him to cover up Ashley Burns' occupation so that he can win the trial from a month ago." Kind of a mouthful for evidence description, isn't it?
- Oooh, hidden camera, interesting...
- Oh, I don't like this, the last time a girl gave a defense attorney something from a diary in the defense lobby just before the trial started didn't work out too well...
- Hm, those diary entries look strangely familiar for some odd reason... 'Question of the Day'... now that I think about it, that makes me think of Peck, although that may just be because he just said "quote of the day" in the "trial loaded" thing...
- Y'know, I don't recall Wocky saying "bizooooooooooy" so damned much in AJ...
- Wocky stays on-screen and his music keeps playing up until we see the Judge...
- ...Franzi's letting Phoenix help? Why do I find this hard to fathom...?
- Hm... I think I have an idea as to where to go with this first testimony, lemme see...
- Hm, no, the details on the Flue didn't work...
- The testimony music kept playing during the objection conversation, didn't stop until Sicko came up...
- By the way, I like how you've labeled Stickler as just the Station Attendent. At first it seemed odd but then I remembered how you connect him to Oldbag and now it makes perfect sense...
- Woah woah woah, you're saying he sells propane and propane accessories?! How could he possibly complain about his job?! He's doing something truly magnificent!!!
- Stickler showing his grammar nazi side, I dig it~!
- "Wow and damn", for some reason I really like that term.
- What, no frame about being like the Sopranos where it just cuts out in mid-sent-

Yeah, that's one of the things we need to fix.

Just keep looking in the lockers until you get the right one!

Okay, these teleports are starting to get weird, nothing in the editor suggests that this is supposed to happen... is anybody else having this...?

It's called "Meh, we're working on a deadline and I can't be bothered" which is also explains the crime scene...

He's Wocky, he's kind of ridiculous, we can get away with it.
Besides, it's not like he said "mang" in AJ either, I'm pretty sure Koopa ripped that from Star Atmey...
And yeah, perfectly aware it stopped before we got to the real action, so sorry about that again.

I don't mean in the "story shoots you into the location without prompting" kind of teleport, it's just that when you move, you go directly from place-to-place when normally there'd be a few locations in between them, if you get what I'm saying...

Oh, that stems from laziness/not knowing how to have more than one intro conversation...
But this method is a LOT more conventional, I think, no more going back and forth between place and place....

Just bumping this with a quick question: All external audio of the trial is linked from Dropbox now, right?
I'm 95% sure it should be, and there's probably some easy way to tell this that I don't know about, so I just want to confirm it.
