I've gone into more detail about it here, but basically for the full first month after my first girlfriend left me, I literally just wanted to die. I cried every single day, and didn't give a damn where I was or who saw it, I was just completely inconsolable, and I just wanted it all to end. It's pretty much only thanks to this girl that I'm still alive today.
