Justice's Memoirs is a fan sequel to Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney in development for the Ace Attorney Online case engine platform. As of the announcements for Gyakuten Saiban 5, it is now likely an unofficial divergent from canon if GS5 is to continue with the story of Apollo Justice. The world of JM combines the story and threads left unexplored in GS4 with those of the Investigations spinoff series to create a highly complex and ambitious task set over four-expansive episodes of a featured length not unlike that of a DS visual novel, such as Hotel Dusk. Created by Project Leader Tap, the project is in development with the assistance of main team members, Ping' and ShadowEdgeworth along with many others of the AA community who have contributed in endeavouring to see the project succeed. (A full list of contributor credits is attached below)
Created in response to Turnabout Substitution, the series is constantly evolving and developing, recycling old ideas in exchange for improved variants that will leave you sating for more. Justice's Memoirs continues the story of Apollo Justice, following through five months after Turnabout Succession and sending him (along with yourselves!) into an emotionally-vesting opening originally designed as the penultimate episode of the series. Through hardships and unexpected shock relevelations alongside much, much more, the JM story explores what it truly means to be a defence attorney, the moral ambiguities of such a position and the struggles one would face, following Phoenix Wright's example, if evidence in an unfavourable light came to surface...
In the telling of this narrative, the Gramarye Family's history is furthered explored along with that of Apollo's largely unknown biological father through familiar faces and new characters, all coming together in one final, world-revolving episode pegging the player with one final question...
Premise:
Following the events of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, five months have passed since the take-down of Kristoph Gavin and the restructuring of the judicial system, with Wright at its helm. Having taken no cases in order to recuperate, Apollo is eager to throw himself back into the courts, so he accepts an invitation to the Musician of Musicians Grand Prix at the Gatewater Imperial Hotel for one grand, final night... only for tragedy to ensue in the evening.
Suddenly thrust back into the courtroom in an unpredicted manner, mysterious and unsolvable murders from the past crop up to haunt the present, all leading to one horrifying and dramatic conclusion. Can Apollo find the truth when not only is he up against Prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, but amongst these murders, his own past is slowly catching up to him...

There are four episodes within the Justice's Memoirs series, although originally it began with five. The original first case, Turnabout Shot Dunk, was abandoned and subsequently deleted in response to the overwhelming praise of Mysterious Sirens and Turnabouts, which has now become the first case. Turnabout Shot Dunk featured a custom set of sprites of extremely high quality and will be used in an untitled (spin-off) episode.

Alright, so I played the PyWright version of Case 1 and I thought it was pretty danged good. Got a slight issue with the premise of Case 4 though:

Why is Thalassa being prosecuted by von Karma in a case he can't lose? What will happen? That's the whole mystery.
I don't want him to explain how so and so happens, obviously that'd kill everything. I just want to know that any possible plot holes are filled.
