While the Nyometis finished off the Guardians, Clint made for the main door - an almost featureless white wall with a large handprint scanner to keep out people like him. After spending the next few seconds in a struggle to find an alternate route, Clint grunted in defeat. The windows were practically unreachable from this height. Clearly they weren't getting in conventionally any time soon. With the squeeze of a silver trigger, the handprint scanner was reduced to a smoldering mess. That accomplished very little, but it was always enjoyable to wreck the enemy's things.

There was only one real option avaliable. They'd have to pierce the hull itself. Clint began emptying his battery into the wall - but it was no use. While his shots certainly inflicted some damage onto the wall, they were incapable of creating something they could step in through. No matter. Clint knew exactly what kind of tool to pick for the job. Past experience led his train of thought to Merrik.

"Captain!" he cried, turning his voice to the rest of the group. "We're gonna need that sword of yours!"

Enemy Base (Outside):
The Guardian cringed as Christian's teeth bit into its armor-- The force of the bite was enough to hurt it, but it did not drop the soldier completely. The armor halted the fangs from piercing through, even without the built-in shield. The remaining Guardians, about four or so left, slowly began to move away, running back towards the ship, obviously heading for reinforcements-- Only to run into Clint. Seeing their enemy, they raised their arms, an aura beginning to glow around their arms...

Enemy Base (Inside):
The grenade blasted apart the inside of the room, ripping apart the screens and the men who worked at them. Lightning sparked and crackled as the room was torn up. When the dust cleared, rubble covered the floor, and the workers there lay buried beneath it. The Guardians were nowhere in sight-- Presumably crushed as well.

In short, the room was in shambles-- The blast seems to have cleared the area, but the other doors have been blocked off by rubble and the elevator has as well. No doubt people upstairs have heard-- You'd better move now while you have the chance.

Iron Wolf (Outside):
As Agnes struck the Guardian, its shield crackled, protecting it from the blow, but still hurling it away, onto the ground. The field, suddenly losing power, dropped the soldiers back onto the earth, leaving Kerenth back on solid ground. The other two quickly raised their arms, aura appearing around their hands.

The aura began to wrap around Agnes, increasing her gravity and dropping her down, while Kerenth was again pulled upwards into the air.

Heako pulled one boot from the roof, stretching it out below him and then shutting off the power to his boots.

He dropped down to the floor, looking around.
"Son of a b*tch." He muttered under his breath, looking around, moving over to the elevator and kicking at one of the pieces of rubble.

He turned away, walking back to the window and flicking on his radio.
"Men." He spoke briskly, referring to the group as a whole rather than by their individual ship allegiances. "The window-floor is secure... I think. You guys need to get up here, and I need to update my kill count."

"Thou shalt be done." stated Merrik as he walked towards the door. It had been a while since he'd engaged in a door piercing moment, but all the same, he didn't believe it would be too bad.

"This is gonna be easy."

He thrust his laser sword, and forced it down - even though it hardly budged. It slowly made its way down the door, with Merrik exerting all of his strength.

"Look's like this isn't going to be that easy..."

Eventually, the hull gave away and swung around like a door. 
"After you." stated Merrik courteously. 

As the smoke from the ion grenade cleared, Eleanor, coughing a little, made her way through after Heako and dropped down from the ceiling and onto the floor inside the base. She took a knife out from her pouch, the green light flickering to life through the edge of the blade.

"Alright, we made it in...now,where exactly is this Catalyst, and can we get it out before we have to fight a full on war with these guys?"

Heako nodded at Eleanor.
"I wish I knew. This definitely isn't the mission we came here for."

He looked over at the elevator.
"It could take a while to clear the collateral, although I have an idea on how we could get up to the top floor."

After slamming the Guardian's head into the ground, Christian noticed that other Guardians were prepared to attack Clint. Christian released the Guardian, then looked to see whether it was still alive.

The Guardian's head struck the earth with a loud crack-- Then it became limp and did not move.

One down, three more to go.

Erestru-ven snapped out of whatever stupor he was in and looked at the situation around him. All but three of the guardians outside were permanently out of it. He ran to the nearest hiding place and began shooting at one of them as fast as realistically possible, focusing on a spot at the neck to try to break down the armor. If the Guardian started charging at him, he'd just hide. He was a bit of a distance away, and concealed, so he had a good shot at this.

Enemy Base (Outside):

The Guardian took the shots to the neck, its armor sparking as the lasers pierced through. With a final sputter, the Guardian went down, smoke rising from its fallen body.

The final Guardian, seeing his comrades fall, finally decided to act. Clenching its fists, an aura reached out from its arm, into the ground, and began to shake the earth-- Cracks sprung up amidst the mud and grass, and with a rumble, a huge slab of earth pulled itself from the ground.
Spying the nearest target, in this case, Captain Merrik, the Guardian swung its arm towards him, the rock following obediently, hurling through the air towards the Captain.

Merrik almost flinched at the site of the massive arm heading for him. He immediately jumped out of the way as the rock collided with the ground near him. The flying parts of chip and rock caused tears to open up in Calvia's uniform, and small cuts to open in his face. That didn't stop him though.

He immediately ran towards the rock, before taking advantage of his own scientific knowledge. He immediately sliced the arm into half with his laser sword, the rock becoming molten glass instantaneously before shattering.

"Wanna try for more?" taunted Merrik, this time more determined than taunting.
