Yes, you can use the sprites, however, I'm not too sure about the request though.
@Dypo: Really, I never noticed the eyes being too close, but, I wanted them to be smaller than my norm though, so, meh. Oh and I know the shading on the hat epically fails, but, I don't know how to shade it, actually.

Well, the design on his hat was supposed to look like one, but ultimately failed, and the name and scheme for him was already planned out, so yes, the name are mentions to those particular two sharks, and, in the original sketch, he was supposed to have two shark teeth, a small one on his lapel, and a larger one in his pocket.
