I'm really confused about testimonies and cross-examinations... I have no idea how to do that hexadecimal tag thing mentioned in E.D.'s tutorial, and I accidentally created a 'statement' before my first one. I can't figure out how to delete it. >.< Help, please?

Umm the question is a bit confusing. Can you show us the problem by screenshotting it and posting it?

This is my first problem: I accidentally created a statement before my first one, and I don't know how to delete it. As for my second one...actually, I'll see what I can do about it.

Is there a problem with the Delete button there? (and I mean the delete button for that "statement")
You usually have to click it twice (I know, a bit counterintuitive.)

Yep. All red buttons must be double clicked. It's going to be replaced with a confirmation dialogue in AAO6. Sorry about that.

What about the 2nd problem... the hexadecimal color code. Can't get that to work?

I'm not quite sure what it's supposed to do, actually. What do you mean in your tutorial when you say 'select the LINE of the statement'?
I just made it orange, and it worked fine enough when I playtested my cross-examination, although now I have another problem: for some reason, when 'Witness testimony' and 'Cross-examination' flash across the screen, the background becomes black. Did I do something wrong?

Per text box, there are three lines of text. The method of highlighting and putting in a separate color from the main color for those words, characters, lines, etc... It only works per line. If you do ctrl+a while in the text box and then select the color and then click confirm, there's a weird coding mess that appears that mucks with the appearance Player wise. It doesn't happen if you highlight a line or several words/characters in the same line. As for the second one... Did you check the background setting on that frame? did you import it to the backgrounds instead of special sprites?

That's what I figured... Take a closer look at my guide. You see that they're in the character cell as a special sprite. You go character, and then special sprites. Import it there.
