Gumps, the rules are changed so that you have to give a specific review now (be it short or long).
For example, say you were Wacky/Dypo and had to judge Zeta's competition trial.
Depending on the theme of the competition, you would judge while factoring these elements into account:
"Presentation"-How well-done or awful the scenes were done, be it terms of graphics, music, etc.
"Relevance"-How much an entrant made the theme of the comp relevant. In this case, it would be how well entrants have trolled the players.
"Story"-How good/bad the story was.
"Characterization"- This one's a no-brainer on the description.
...And so on.
You're basically forced to give out a review having "sections" like this for every entrant, because now how you would personally review is thrown out of the window.
I don't necessarily agree to this, but I can see the logic behind it. I guess it's the whole "accountability/fairness" thing, I dunno.
At least you can decide what categories you're going to want to judge under.

It will be pretty disadvantageous if you're someone who doesn't have time on his/her hands, so hopefully no one will be pulling a Dyp because the review itself will take a considerable amount of time
