Okay, so listen. There's this girl on DA that I know, who's... well, very important to me, let's just say, and she could really use your support. As she mentions here, her family is going through a rough patch and could really use some extra money. This girl also happens to be a fantastic artist, and has opened up commissions to try and raise money. I'm fairly certain I've heard about people here buying commissions, and since you're such a sweet bunch, I thought it'd be a good idea to talk about it here. She goes into more detail in the journal post, but basically what she's asking for is £5 (about $7 US, from what I understand) in exchange for a headshot of any character of your choosing, though she says she's better with females. I'm not really free to buy these myself, but I still want to help her out in any way that I can, so I thought I could help get the word out. And as I said, she's a fantastic artist - hell, she made this in just five hours, which I still find amazing - so I'm sure the pic itself will be great, if that helps.

She really means a lot to me. I remember when she got me out of suicide, I developed a major crush on her for over a year, and... I'm not even entirely sure it's gone away. In fact, at the risk of sounding overly sappy, I think convincing me that I could love again is a lot of what helped me out of that state. For that reason, I sort of feel like I owe her my life... I've never really felt like I've repaid her, or really felt like I was good enough for her, (probably because of her constantly getting angry at me when I try too hard to please her... ) so when I hear that her family's struggling like this, I just can't help but want to help her as much as I possibly can, you understand.
