After the protagonist's victory in Case 1, a murder occurs at SpongesonicInCourt's house, and Marie-Ann Bernalds is blamed. Mr. Lawyer Cheater Guy has been chosen as Miss Bernalds's lawyer. It would be an easy task, but his opponent is a Prosecutor Legend, and has never lost a case...Herald Detres. He must try his hardest to get an aquittal, but a dark secret lurks behind it all, connecting to a case that took place seven years ago. No, despite its name, this trial contains no Zelda CD-I quotes.

Three months after beating Herald Detres in court, an actor of the famous TV show, Pirates vs. Ninjas vs. Cowboys (a very poor rip-off of the Steel Samurai), is arrested for murder of another one of the show's actors. It turns out that it was Mr. Lawyer Cheater Guy's old childhood friend, David Davids. Now, our hero must find a way to prove him innocent at all costs...but, he finds it is harder to do than he originally thought, considering he almost becomes a victim himself.

Something other than a murder?! No, no it's not. Well, kinda. You see, when our protagonist is nearly killed a second time, a man from his past is arrested and put on trial. However, during that trial, one of the witnesses is murdered, and now the defendant is on trial for the murder of Mr. Assassin and the attempted murder of Mr. Lawyer Cheater Guy. Now, our protagonist must defy his boss's every order and risk losing his badge, and his life, to not only save his client, but to put an end to the case behind everything: HA-3.
