As you may have derived from the name, Devy is the defendant in the first case. I'm thinking of making her the co-council in the sequels, but I'm not sure yet... it does fit in with her occupation though, so... yeah.

Age: Deceased Gender: Male Occupation: Law school drop-out
A not-so-clever pun on 'He's done for'. As his name suggests, he's the victim of case 1. He also makes a brief appearance in Case 0, though.

Yes, a first case that ISN'T the first case! You're probably wondering what this is all about, hm? Well, my friend, this is Dypo's Bar Examination, so technically it's not his first official 'case', per se.
